Howdy yall!

On the PSU(Penn State University) Users Obs Page
(http://www.ems.psu.edu/wx/viewobs.html) and a METAR I saw last
night/today:

METAR KVAD 141955Z 26014G21KT 7SM BKN045 OVC070 18/08 A2963 RMK SLP030
8/57/
9/62/ RCRNR
Valdosta GA(Moody AFB)
and I have seen it elsewhere. I have looked through the NWS online and
what I have printed out and I cant find what the 9/ Code is and what it
is
for. Can somebody help me?
