The 3 VA offices of the NWS coordinated on the flood threat today. As a
result, nearly all of VA & MD are under a Flash Flood Watch until Monday
am.

I checked QPF's, and max rain forecasts is 3.5" (more) in the Balt/Wash
area & 1.5" for the Wakefield CWA. The forecasts were running late (5am
for Balt/Wash), and the RNK package was not available at 5am.
Sat rain total was 2.86" here.
