Nice imagery -- but before giving Viper too much praise I'd like to
point
out the following...
1) They don't show us the complete map, which may have shown numerous
other
"Barons SCITs" across the board indicating tornadic activity which
wasn't
really there.
2) A "misleading" quote about the NWS TVS being 3 miles away from the
tornado path... The NIDS feed of algorithm output places the TVS marker
at
the center of the storm, not the location of the TVS. So the algorithm
itself
may have been in the same spot as Baron's.
