"Pig Sty", Starring David Arnott,
Matt Borlenghi, Timothy Fall, Brian McNamamra, Sean O'Bryan and Liz Vassey,
aired on Fox in Spring 1995. Four male generation X-ers living in an apartment
highrise in New York City. This comedy hit home for several reasons. One,
here were four guys male-bonding in an apartment reminiscent of college.
Two, this one guy's rich father was from, guess where, right here in tobacco
country: Raleigh, NC. The show was VERY funny. The acting, as always with
the Fox Flops was very good, and the show dealt with important, relevant
emotional problems while retaining a lifelike humour. I suppose one could
say that it was kind of cliche', what with having the Nerd, the Hunk, the
Granola, and the Writer, all in the same apartment, but it's what we X-ers
go for I guess.
