--It is 7:10 PM in Frederick, Md. and snowing heavily again, after about an hour of rain, then nothing. There is almost six inches of snow on the ground in the city. The trees and bushes are heavy with wet snow, and there will be a lot of damage if the snow gets any heavier. The temperature is 32F.

it's moderate to occasionally heavy snow here in tarrytown ny, the precip started around 2 this afternoon, and changed to snow around 4:30, we've had about 3/4 of an inch of snow here at 7:30 P.M. this march 14th and are welcoming the expected 6+ inches to follow, we've also seen silver dollar size snow if not bigger at times, but we're still above freezing. sincerely, robert sachnin
