Canada's worst ice storm on record
wreaked havoc in five eastern
provinces, halting air travel, shutting
down the nation's busiest rail route and
forcing more than 3 million people
Saturday to endure another day without
electricity. The storm, which also
descended on four U.S. states, was
being blamed for 10 Canadian deaths.
