Well, I'm happy to say that during my second trip to State College PA
the same thing happened as during my last trip: a Severe Thunderstorm
Warning was issued for the county I was in. This happened last night,
and it was a pretty storm with lots of lightning. But I was finishing
up house hunting so I didn't have time for video.

On the way back today I ran through a couple of whoppers (no wait a
minute, that was lunch ;)) in Virginia, north and south of Richmond.
Lots of lightning, really low light for mid-day. Winds probably 30 or
40, very heavy rain and interstate and street flooding.

Tail of radar loop makes it look like NC got bombed today... this true?
We could use the rain I guess. Nothing but rain by the time I got
back...

Got a house in the hills a couple of miles out of town, will be moving
next week. Nice view! Almost 360 degree horizon. Should be nice.
