It would seem to me that the positive, scientific, and community
service efforts provided by many of us on this and other related
lists must be considered first and foremost before we all start
reacting to some one individual who has threatened legal action
against one of our brethren.
We all know who WE are, since we have the same general goals
and interests concerning meteorology--and are willing to share
informationa and work together, openly, and honestly. This is more
then I can say for one individual that is given Jesse a hard time.
I am sure that it is safe to say, and if need be, when and if this
hostile individual takes (any) real legal action against one of
our own kind, we will all be available with our resources to
protect and defend the CASI crew. I know I will do my part to help.
....Its time for business as usual, if the army needs to be called
in...we will be there in masses.
These is my 2 cents worth....and not our group.
