Well, it has begun, here at HQ. Light snow and sleet began at 5pm
today. We are looking at 3-6" here by tomorrow afternoon here in town.
I look forward to this 'first experience' of this 'northern' weather.
Although I saw a good bit of snow when I lived in NW NC during the 80's
and when I went to the NC mountains for school after that, but having
lived in eastern NC for 2 years, it's been about that long since I've
seen frozen precipitation to speak of.

You can keep an eye on it with me, by checking the screen capture of the
weather station which I will be annotating with obs and uploading at
least once per hour this evening. URL :
http://www.weatherwatchers.org/wxstation/ and by checking the CASICAM
(after the sun rises tomorrow anyway) at
http://www.weatherwatchers.org/wxcam/
