KTVK (Channel 3) meassured the rain fall rate at 3.32 inches per hour.

We had close to that where I live about 3 miles away.
Rain gauge in backyard showed 2.75 inches total from last nights rain.
(He's been using an old jail to house abandoned animals which are cared for by inmates).
