"SINGAPORE : Flash floods have struck again - this time in parts of western
Singapore, around Benoi Road and International Road.

Traffic and some businesses there were affected. The heavy rains also
brought down a whole row of trees along Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim. Some were
uprooted, others struck by lightning and a few fell across the road,
causing heavy traffic congestion."
