A new record low of -6 (6 below zero) was set early today before
sunrise. The old record was -3 ( 3 below zero) in 1994. Windchills were
running between -30 and -40 at times (new formula). Tempertures are
actually expected to moderate later tonight as slightly milder air is
pulled in from the North Alantic off the coast of Canada.
