[STORMREPORTS] Bad Weather at Mount Washington

This is no surprise, but Mount Washington NH, "Home of the World's Worst
Weather", had a doozy of an observation on Thursday at 5am. They reported
Freezing Rain, Blowing Snow and a temperature of -36 with a wind at 85 mph,
gusting to 91 (AccuWeather RealFeel of -98). A few hours later, while at
-31 degrees, they reported a wind sustained at 94 mph with a gust to 108 mph.
