Well, my report is late and well pale to ones from the northeast; but, it's good to have a picture of the storm from Indiana, too. So, here goes
The percip started as rain in Huntington, IN about 930pm est on December 4, we had some other stuff mixed in on and off until just before 11pm when it changed to big flakes of snow, by midnight [of the 4th/5th] we had a light dusting of snow, even though it had been sonwing somewhat hard. It snowed about 0.3 inch an hour until 7am, the total snowfall was about 3 inchs, I think. It started melting before it even stoped snowing. Flurries kept falling until about 5pm on the 5th. The low on the morning of the 5th was only 31.6 degrees.
Snow depths morning of the 5th:
12am: 0.05 inch
1am: 0.3 inch
2am: 0.5 inch
3am: 0.8 inch
4am: 1.1 inch
5am: 1.4 inch
6am: 1.8 inch
11am: I think it looked like about 3 inchs, and it was 33 degrees.
Now, early morning of the 7th, we still have some snow on the ground, up to 2 inchs still in spots but it's all gone in some areas. (Like the area I was talking my snow reports)
So, it's somewhat late, and not much snow, but it's still a report, and there it is.
Peace,
~Jimmy B-H

This has turned out to be some storm. Measuring snow
outside here in Baiting Hollow, NY is terrible, but
not impossible.
