Just before 2:12 p.m. EDT, a Weather Channel OCM stated that
Hurricane Reconnaissance Aircraft found flight level winds in Isabel
near 190 m.p.h. They've also stated that by data gathered, the winds
have increased back to 160 m.p.h. and is again a category five hurricane
on the Saffir-Simpson scale.
