It was reported on MSNBC almost 1/2 hour ago that this was erroneous report
and was NOT true. In fact, the Prime Minister is trying to figure out who
said this, but it wasn't him. They are still trying to determine the
cause, but are generally blaming the extreme loading and SOME equipment
failure.
