It just won't stop+ACE- July was the wettest month in decades for Meadville PA (Northwestern Pennsylvania) with over 9 inches of rain. The grounds are completely saturated.
Last night, Crawford county had a flash flood warning and I received 2.5 inches in under 1 hour (1 inch in 10 minutes+ACE-). Many streets flooded, and became unpassable. Power lines were downed by wind and lightning+ADs- many basements filled with water. The wet pattern in expected to change but not till Wednesday making many of us wonder what happened to summer.
