Here in Plant City, FL, USA in the Tampa Bay area I measured 5.17" of rainfall yesterday. 3" fell in one hour creating extensive local flooding. For the second summer in a row most rivers in Florida are at or above flood stage, with 10 more weeks of rainy season to go.
