This time last year, we were experiencing a drought here in NW South
Carolina. Lake Jocassee, near my house, was 22' below full stage.
Many of the other area lakes were extremely low. Thanks to a wet
winter and spring, all lakes are at full stage now! We had 5.84" of
rain at my station last month, and, so far, June has produced 2.44".
Since last August, this station has recorded 65.32" of rain!
