"MOSCOW, March 29 (Itar-Tass) - The spring flooding season has begun in
Central Russia as the rivers in the Bryansk, Voronezh, Ivanovo and Lipetsk
regions shed their "ice armor".

The situation is only complicated at this time in the Tver region, where
the water level in the river Obsha is 43 centimeters higher than critical.
In the region's Belsk district, 80 private houses, in which 241 people
reside, have been inundated."
