EDT...0900 UTC...A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM NORTH OF
FERNANDINA BEACH FLORIDA TO SAVANNAH RIVER GEORGIA. AT 5 AM EDT...0900
UTC...A TROPICAL STORM WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT NORTH OF SAVANNAH RIVER TO
SOUTH SANTEE RIVER SOUTH CAROLINA. A TROPICAL STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT
FROM NORTH OF TITUSVILLE FLORIDA TO FERNANDINA BEACH.

EDOUARD IS MOVING ERRATICALLY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 6 MPH. A SLOW
NORTHWESTWARD DRIFT IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THIS MOTION COULD
BRING THE CENTER OF EDOUARD OVER THE COASTAL WATERS OF GEORGIA AND
NORTHEASTERN FLORIDA LATER TODAY OR TONIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE
NEAR 40 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SOME SLOW STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING
THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
