[STORMREPORTS] 4" Hail & Tornado in San Angelo

Severe storms are showing up on the San Angelo radar in Texas... the
radar recently reported hail "over 4.00 diameter" with the storm that is
now over the city. Wind gusts to 30mph have been observed at AWS.com
(weatherbug) stations in the area. Rain rate >2"/hr at one station.

JUST IN FROM SJT NWS:

"At 131 PM CST... San Angelo Police Department Reported A Tornado Near
Loop 306 And Highway 277 Moving Northeast. "

SJT NWS station reporting gusts to 48 knots... 55mph at Mathis Field AWS
(same place?) velocities of 65 knots reported over the radar in the
city...
