0700Z. IF THIS TREND CONTINUES...THE NEXT ADVISORY POSITION AT 0900Z WILL
HAVE TO BE ADJUSTED FURTHER SOUTH. THIS WILL ALSO HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT
ON THE TRACK AND INTENSITY FORECASTS.
