YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK, December 24 (Itar-Tass) - Another cyclone swooped
down on Sakhalin on Sunday. The regional weather service told Tass that
the cyclone had spawned in the west of the Sea of Japan and, sweeping
across the north of Hokkaido, headed for south-western Sakhalin.
