[STORMREPORTS] Isaac "Suddenly" A Cat 3

Isaac has "suddenly" become a Category 3 Hurricane with Winds of
120mph. I say "suddenly" because NHC called it a Tropical Storm up
until 5pm today, despite its well formed eye. At this time forecasts
seem to say it will go north of the islands.
