CESAR Group Canada Watch Area Proprietary Investigation CAI-17-0812-00
is issuing NOTICE 2 on this system to the Lesser Antilles as of 1502 EDT 1902
Z . Presently this weather area is meandering over the eastern Atlantic and if
development occurs it will be more westerly. It is not a well organized system
and strong wind shear and the axis of the ITCZ are influencing its development
and track. CAI17 is on an axis and a central area is difficult to define
however, the estimated axis is 6°N>-36°W / 16°N>-29°W.
