CESAR Group Canada Watch Area Alert: is being reissued after analysing
Visible, IR and Vapour imagery which is confirming our earlier theory 04L and
Alberto could create severe weather anomalies to Jamaica and the Northern
Lesser Antilles above Lat: 17.0 degrees north which includes Puerto Rico
Station PR1A as of 1535 EDT 1935 Z. These Tropical systems may cause weather
anomalies such as microbursts and therefore damaging winds, heavy rains, tide
levels above normal, rock and mudslides in mountainous regions and the
possibility of Tornadoes.
This Alert supersedes all severe weather advisories.
SPECIAL NOTE: 1510 EDT 1910Z IMAGERY ATTACHED

your Caribbean National Emergency Management Agencies, the Local or Regional
Met offices.
