NEW FORMAT FOR INVESTIGATION OF WEATHER AREA

FULL ADVISORIES ONLY WHEN NAMED STORM DEVELOPS

LIST OF INDICES, SPECIAL NOTES ONLY WITH VISIBLE IMAGERY

SPECIAL NOTE: Although the US NAVAL MET OPS has officially withdrawn its
investigation on 91L the CESAR Group continues to monitor this weather area.
Recent mid to upper visible wind imagery {at} 1500Z continues to indicate a
inflow of low pressure systems from the south on an axis to below 8°N36°W. A
recent scan on all model runs AVN, ECMWF, NOGAPS are demonstrating an
organized system forming. AVN 00Z0727 continues to define this system and is
presently supporting the track of this weather area. ECMFW and NOGAPS
indicate a formation of an organized weather system on their latest model
runs. Also, the UK MET recent model run is beginning to illustrate a system
forming. Although the ECMFW and UK MET performed as soft modelling in 1999
for CESAR the AVN and NOGAPS performed well during the season and a high
confidence factor and forecasting skill was realized by our Canadian and
Caribbean teams. Imagery attached. CAP-12-0724-00
may be found with our research imagery at http://come.to/cesargroup

No Indices attached.
