Sanford which is NE of Orlando, had top honors with the highest
temperature in the state at 98 deg for the second day in row.
Some pretty hefty thunderstorms broke out this evening down the spine
of the inland ridge as the gulf and atlantic seabreezes collided,
dropping up to 2 inches of rain.
This is a sign that the summer monsoon is sputtering to a start.
