Here in Plant City, Fl. during the first 7 days of January the daily
mean temp. averaged out 4.7 deg above normal.
Back on 12/28 in my mid range outlook I had forecasted +5-7 deg above
normal for the first two weeks of January.
In central Florida we are moving into the heart of the Tule fog season
now, with zero to near zero visibility occurring nightly and lingering
into the early afternoon in inland areas as well as west coastal areas
experiencing in some cases round the clock sea fog.
