Severe Weather struck the eastern US on January 17-18 1999. Here at CASI HQ in State College, PA, we were under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning at 2:30pm but it was snowing before 3:30pm on Monday, January 18. Check out the 24-Hour Graph of All Conditions from the CASI1 Weather Station. Notice the severe pressure dip and lightning spike. Tornados ripped across Arkansas and Tennessee on the 17th, and several small tornados hit here in Pennsylvania on the 18th.
