A national analysis of weather in the US in March - May 1999 is online
at the website of my old workplace, the NCDC. I'm not going to post
every time it comes out, but you will want to keep an eye on this area
of the site for future updates as they have some good discussions and
neat maps of statistics such as temp and precip deviations from normal.
