There was an article recently (BBC? Can't remember where) that brought
up a paper that was written a couple of years ago by the Air Force
regarding weather control. I posted it to the weather newsgroups a few
weeks ago but I may have forgotten to pass it onto the list. Jean has
the info attached on where you can obtain it.
