It's even 21 at Myrtle Beach and in the upper teens in the upstate. 13 is forecast for Columbia here. When I got home 15 minutes ago it was 20.9 and now it's 19 and falling. I only had 21 this morning while the weather bureau at CAE just a couple miles up the road had 16. Normally I'm the colder location. =================================================== The low temperature at my station this morning was recorded at -3 degrees (8:30 am). This is the first sub zero low at Munroe Falls 1SW (near Akron) since two years ago this month (1997). Thats right, about 1/4" (locally higher amounts) fell in the North East corner of Georgia between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. today. It isnt much, but it is pretty to watch fall. I have some pictures of the snow that I will be posting on my website tomorrow night. I dont know if any other parts of North Georgia got snow, I do know it was raining South of Gainesville at 5 p.m. today.
