Well folks, a large storm system is heading towards the East Coast. Latest estimates are for blizzard conditions to overtake the midwest tonight and tomorrow. If the snow accumulates over a foot in Chicago, which it may, that would be the heaviest snowfall in 21 years according to TWC. Some areas in the MidWest could receive over 2 feet. When the storm moves to the Northeast, most of the precipitation will be freezing rain and sleet, which will spell major travel troubles. I did my Saturday shopping tonight and I'm staying home for the duration. Due to last night's New Years Eve activities and having to work normal hours today, I expect to crash into bed soon tonight, hopefully to arise tomorrow before the main precip starts here. ;) Is it cold? You'd better believe it! Some current temperatures across the Northeast: 7pm State College PA (Here): 12 Milford PA: 3 Binghamton NY: 1 Watertown NY: -18 Mt.
