CASI Members who have UNSUBSCRIBED from the list, don't worry, you are not back on the list. One portion of the CASI Website that has always been missing, in my opinion, is a forecasting section. I know that many of you are interested in keeping up with the weather and the forecast models for your local conditions. I used to as well, when I had time (http://www.weatherwatchers.org/forecast/), before CASI became a full-time job. Since I no longer have time to manage any sort of forecasting weather-network, I am talking to "the Matt's" from NEMAS, the NorthEast Media of Atmospheric Science, http://www.nemas.net/, about doing some sort of partnership. They are looking for volunteers to do forecasts for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. If there is enough response to NEMAS for the request below, CASI and NEMAS will likely form a partnership in order to bring forecasts for the Mid-Atlantic and NorthEast US to the Internet Public. If you are interested in the jobs below, or need more information about them, please contact NEMAS directly. Important : Make sure that you mention you are from CASI when applying as that will give us a measure of the interest in the project. Thanks!
