The rains are still coming. They are deminishing into waves. Still more rains are expected for the next 24 hours. We have been informed that the Newton Ks. flood gates will be opened soon. That is the next city obove us on Sand Creek. That means another wall of water will be here in about 8 to 10 hours. We will just have to wait to see. Will keep it coming as it changes. This is a shot from our local news team at KSN channel 3 in Wichita. Yes that is a car top in the water.
