The third tropical storm in the atlantic at the same time formed this
afternoon - Jeanne, just off the coast of Africa.

Georges is pounding PR at the moment with winds >100mph.

Through a special agreement with GoBeach CASI is giving away some of its
bandwidth to that site because they would have had to close down if we
didn't, you will notice that all island report links at
http://www.gobeach.com/hurr.htm
now go to the CASI alternate server at casi.simplenet.com. We will
continue to help out as long as we can. The CASI main server at
www.weatherwatchers.org has exceeded its daily bandwidth allotment
(400mb transfer) for the past 2 days.
And I am very tired! And will try to get some sleep tonight.
