Looks like it's going to be a long weekend for me writing up a report on
this storm! Multiple tornadoes have been reported in the Carolinas and
Georgia this evening along with strong winds and large hail. At least
one CASI Member has reported seeing a funnel cloud this evening. If you
have anything to contribute to the storm report I'll be putting on the
CASI site this weekend, submit it to the StormForm at
http://www.weatherwatchers.org/stormform/
Thanks!

A tornado touched down in Lincoln County.
It touched down at Peelers Rd. and Macadamia Church Rd. I was traveling
on
Star Town road at the time it touched down. I was 15 mis away and
arrived about
20- mins after it touched down.
I have excellent footage of the storm damage.
It destoryed a metal building, up rooted trees, took roofs off several
houses and
trailers. No serious injuries reported. Damage path was 50' by 2 miles
long.
I'll have pictures on my websight tomorrow.
More to report later, I'm going back out.
Later,
Larry Wright
