had temperatures over 100 degrees. The worst thing is, we have not had
ANY measurable rain in about two months. To us, this is pretty normal
so we are use to it. However, for those of you who are experiencing
troubles acclimating to high temperatures for the first time you must
drink eight 8oz glasses of water each day, more for those of you who
work outside, also drink two sports drinks ( gatorade or poweraid per
day.) Also please check on your elderly neighbors, and try to stay
