College at WeatherMatrix HQ, the official report (KUNV) showed a RealFeel
temperature of 100 degrees at 2:45 pm on June 5th. The actual high
temperature was 88 degrees, which was 13 degrees above normal and came as a
shock after many days in the 50s and 60s in May (average temperature
55). At WeatherMatrix HQ, we reached 90 degrees with a heat index of 95.
