Winds of 55 knots (63 mph) and 28-foot seas are forecast with a subtropical
low pressure system off the Carolina coast. A Storm Warning is in effect.

Surface Analyses show low pressure and high winds off the Carolina coast,
to the tune of sustained winds at 55 knots (63 mph) reported by ship 4XFP
at 18Z.
