Delaware event continued.... Apr 3 12:18 Eastern

With flood levels already exceeded from Upstate NY (Callicoon, Barryville,
etc) in Matamoras PA and
right through to Tocks Island, the National Weather Service has revised it's
forecast for the Delaware to
crest 1-4 feet above last years event.

This would be at near record levels late today and tonight.
