The central Florida East Coast started out this morning with a heavy
threatening overcast. Between 0730 hrs (EST) and 0830 hrs we had a heavy
thunder storm with precipitation total of .84 in. Temperatures were in the
lower 70's f. With wind's from 8 to 13 mph out of the WSW. A shallow front
moved through the area dropping the temperatures into the upper 60's.
About 1100 hrs the skies began to clear. At 1700 hrs (EST) the temperatures
had reached 76.7 f. under clear skies. Windy conditions have continued all
day with avg. wind speeds of from 5 to 8 mph with steady gusting winds in
the teens. Top gust record today were in arrange of 17 to 21 mph
