Another wet 'summer' month for those of us in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Meadville). I recorded almost 2 inches of rainfall yesterday, giving us almost 9 inches of rain for the month of July. The 51 year average for the area in July is 4.3 inches. Once again, more local flooding in our area.
This is on top of a wet June, wet spring and almost 70 inches of snow for the winter. Any one know how to build an arc?
