Tuesday's tornado. Ameren-CILCO crews are assisting emergency workers near
the community of Roanoke. The Parsons Manufacturing Plant, located just
outside of Roanoke, remains the central site for search and rescue efforts.
A tornado ripped through the business Tuesday, leveling it to a pile of
rubble."
