A Mesoscale Convective Complex dumps about 2 inches of rain in our town,
causing widespread flooding. A Tornado was reported north of town, near
Guys Mills.
Impressive lighting all night long. My detector was recording over 200
strokes/minute!
The major problem is widespread flooding and rain.
A lot of streets are closed and local Emergency Services are
recommending NO driving unless necessary in Meadville.
The tornado did minimal damage per early morning news reports from my
area
