Some much needed rain is falling this morning(Saturday)in the
upstate of South Carolina. Since midnight, I have recorded .24",
with light rain continuing. March and April were the driest I have
seen in this area, since I started keeping records over 11 years
ago. March saw only .91" of rain, while April totalled only 1.14".
Hopefully, May will bring much more rain. The lawns, gardens,
rivers and lakes need a lot more.
