Berndt swept over southern Sweden, 1 dead, 100 000 lost power, 50 000 are
still without power two days ago cyclone Axel swept over nothern Finland.
average wind speed 40 m/s, max gust 51 m/s, but no destruction, as it
happened so far north..."

the central and southern areas.
