Winchester VA:

Just a quick note about the snow storm:

7" total & a water content of .98". Snow began about 2:30pm Thur and was
finished by 6am Today. Very little IP & Freezing Rain, but by the water
content was very heavy.

I have a lot of home video & also tv video so once I have time I'll do
an album, storm totals, & news stories.

Took about 90 minutes to clear the snow this am (very heavy), and now
I'm off to work, albeit 90 minutes late (they know it).
